Production process of sanitary seamless pipe fittings

Stainless steel is one of the strongest metal materials in the food machinery industry and has good corrosion resistance. Therefore, sanitary pipe fittings made of stainless steel also inherit the advantages of stainless steel. Seamless elbows will not corrode, pit, rust or wear.

The raw material for rolling sanitary seamless elbow pipe fittings is a round tube blank. The production steps are: cutting the round tube blank into a billet with a length of about one meter, and sending it to a furnace for heating. Special attention is required: Be sure to control the temperature in the furnace. After the round tube blank is released from the furnace, it is first pierced through a pressure punching machine. After perforation, the round tube blank is successively cross-rolled, continuously rolled or extruded by three rolls. After extrusion, the pipe should be removed and sizing to form pipe fittings.
